SNACK MULE

SNACK MULE LID

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT - was to produce first, a digital model of a themed lid for the Holloway Group’s “Snack Mule” product and then using that model, create a “mold cavity” that could be printed using Z-Corp 3D printer. The printed part (the mold cavity) would then serve as temporary tooling from which vacuum-formed prototypes could be produced.

The reference materials provided included the NHRA logo to the left as well as “illustrator” files (.ai) of the other two corporate logos that were to be used.

Additionally, I was sent STL files (exported from Solidworks) of the model of the “Snack Mule” base.


	Small toys were to be included as part of the promotion. These premiums needed to be “nested” in the lid. Both of the toys were first created as separate models within Freeform and then used to create the pockets in the lid model.
